The Competition is organised by Digital life productions, s.r.o., Registration Number: 28782712, with registered address at Československé armády 543/29, Hradec Králové, Postcode: 500 03 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Organiser’).
The Organiser launches and organises a marketing competition in the territory of the Czech Republic, which is also open to foreigners and the purpose of which is to promote the Soccerinho game, called ‘Win a Lamborghini Aventador’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Competition’), which is regulated and governed solely by the rules below (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Rules’).

The Competition shall commence upon the millionth download of the Soccerinho game via AppStore and last for 60 days (the date of the Final).
The Competition takes place via the www.soccerinho.com website
The Competition may be taken part in by any individual over the age of eighteen (18), who meets all the conditions stipulated under the present Rules. The nationality of the participant is not a factor. The participation in the Competition is conditioned by the purchase of any goods or services.
Persons who are employed by or related to the Competition Organiser are excluded from the participation in the Competition.
A person who provides untrue data or breaches the present Rules in any other way, or acts in conflict with good manners, may either be eliminated from the Competition by the Organiser, or denied their winnings. The Organiser shall have the final and exclusive say in the elimination of any participant from the Competition.
Registration is possible from the publication of these Rules up to the commencement of the Competition, which is at once the final date of the registration period.
An individual becomes a Competition participant after the commencement of the Competition, provided they have previously registered at the Competition website at www.soccerinho.com and they have met the below conditions:
The number of registrations per person is unlimited as long as the participant becomes a fan of the Soccerinho game at various social networks as part of their various registrations.
The Competition is commenced once the condition under Article III hereof is met.
The Competition will take place in two rounds, namely Round 1 and Round 2 (the Final).
After the end of the registration period, the Organiser will compile a database of registrations of the participants who have met the registration conditions laid down under the present Rules and answered the Competition question correctly, in the order as per the registration times.
In Round 1, every hundredth (100th) participant as per the database compiled, will be sent an additional Competition question via a contact email the participant has provided the Organiser with as part of the registration. The additional question will be asked in Czech and English. The participant must answer the additional question within 72 hours of its dispatch by the Organiser. In order to advance to Round 2, the participant must correctly answer the Competition question and place 100th in the order of correct answers received, a procedure which shall be repeated until exactly ten (10) participants are identified to advance to Round 2. The order is determined by the time the answer to the additional question is delivered to the Organiser.
If less than ten (10) participants advance to the second round, the Organiser will send more additional Competition questions subject to the same rules, until exactly ten (10) participants advancing to Round 2 are identified.
The ten participants advancing from Round 1 will participate in Round 2, the Final, taking place within two months of the end of the registration period, namely in Prague, Czech Republic. The exact place, date and time of Round 2 will be announced by the Organiser at the Competition website at www.soccerinho.com at the latest within 10 days of the end of Round 1. The Organiser provides for and covers the cost of transport of the participants of Round 2, including their accommodation at the venue of the Finals. Failure to turn up in person for Round 2 shall result in elimination of the participant concerned from the Competition.
In order to emerge victorious from the Competition, the participant must reach the highest overall score playing the Soccerinho game on the gaming facility assigned to them by the Organiser on the date of the Final, having three goes at three different levels of the game, it being understood that only the best score recorded for each level of the game shall be included towards the overall result.
The Main Prize in the Competition is a new Lamborghini Aventador passenger car. The Main Prize will be presented to the winner within 24 hours of the Final at the Final venue. If the winner fails to turn up for the ceremony in person, the Organiser shall retain their title to the main prize.
The title to the Main Prize shall pass to the winner upon handover and takeover of the Prize. The obligation of the winner to pay the tax on the Prize is governed by the generally applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic.
By registering for the Competition, the participant expresses their consent with the Competition Rules as well as with the Organiser processing the personal data communicated by the participant within three years of publication of the present Rules, in accordance with Act No 101/2000 Coll., concerning personal data protection, within the scope of the data communicated via the registration.
The participant has the right to withdraw the consent given by a written notice served to the Organiser’s address. In accordance with Article 21 Act No 101/2000 Coll., concerning personal data protection, the participant further has the right to request the Organiser’s clarification or to demand that the Organiser redress the situation, where the participant finds out or suspects that the Organiser processes their personal data in conflict with the protection of their private or personal life, or in conflict with the law, especially if the personal data are incorrect with regard to the purpose of their processing. Moreover, the participant may demand that the personal data be blocked, rectified, added to or disposed of. The participants provide their personal data voluntarily and they may withdraw their consent with the processing of such data at any time in writing.
The participant further agrees to any audiovisual materials to be taken by the Organiser as part of the Competition, mainly those which show their verbal or personality expressions, as well as any photographs and footage showing the participant, being disseminated via all known channels and for all purposes, including the Organiser’s advertising purposes.
The participant further agrees to the Organiser using their contact data for sending communications associated with the Organiser’s activity.
Participation in the Competition or the prize may not be claimed through the courts. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with an article of a similar value and type.
The Organiser cannot be held accountable for any defects in the prize; the winner may only claim any defects with the supplier of the prize.
At the same time, the Organiser cannot be held accountable for any technical failures associated with the data transfer, or for failures in or inaccessibility of the telecommunication service, which prevent the participant from taking part in any stage of the Competition, including those which occur at the Organiser’s technical installations.
Any objections raised by the participant shall be conclusively and exclusively determined by the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or entirely cancel the Competition. At the same time, the Organiser, at their sole discretion, may unilaterally modify or add to the rules, at any time and during the entire term of the Competition. Any changes to the Rules or other information relating to the Competition will be published by the Organiser at the Competition website at http://www.soccerinho.com/
